By accessing or using Local Treasure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Local Treasure.

Local Treasure is licensed to you under the terms of the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute Local Treasure according to the conditions specified in the MIT License.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Local Treasure, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and patents, are owned by the Project's developers. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Local Treasure without prior written permission from Local Treasure's developers.

4. Limitation of Liability

Local Treasure is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied. The developers of Local Treasure shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Local Treasure.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Local Treasure in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to:

• Use Local Treasure for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm, damage, or impair Local Treasure or its developers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Local Treasure, including but not limited to its source code, databases, or user accounts.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Project.
• Use Local Treasure to collect or store personal information of other users without their consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt Local Treasure's servers, networks, or infrastructure.

6. Third-Party Services

Local Treasure may integrate with or rely on third-party services or APIs. Your use of such services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third parties. The developers of the Project shall not be responsible for any issues, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of third-party services.

7. Modifications and Termination

The developers of Local Treasure reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Local Treasure or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. They may also update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of Local Treasure after the modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Massachusetts.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
