Business Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating or using a Local Treasure business account, you agree to these Business Terms.

2. Business Eligibility

You represent that you are authorized to act for your business and bind the business to these Terms.

3. Campaign and Reward Responsibility

• You are responsible for campaign setup, reward rules, and fulfillment
• You must honor valid campaign redemptions as configured in your account
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your campaign content

4. Social Media Integrations

To enable campaign and analytics features, you may link business social accounts (including Instagram). By linking, you authorize Local Treasure to use granted platform scopes for approved functionality such as:

• Account linking and token lifecycle management
• Campaign submission verification workflows
• Business analytics and insights dashboards

You remain responsible for maintaining rights to your linked accounts and complying with platform terms. Token storage, processor details, and retention windows are described in the Business Privacy Policy.

5. Fees and Billing

If your plan includes paid features, you agree to applicable fees and billing terms presented at purchase.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Local Treasure to:

• Run fraudulent or misleading campaigns
• Infringe third-party rights
• Abuse APIs or interfere with service operations

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate business access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or platform abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Treasure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages relating to business use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Massachusetts law, with venue in Massachusetts courts.
